What's Included

A complete, code-first EV install.

Every EV charger install includes electrical assessment, permit filing where required, a dedicated 240V circuit, mounting, GFCI protection where code requires it, and a hand-off with testing.

Every EV charger install includes:

  • Load calculation

We measure your existing electrical load so the new circuit is safe and code-compliant.

  • Permit filing

We pull the local permit and schedule inspection where required.

  • Dedicated 240V circuit

A proper double-pole breaker and correctly-sized conductors — no shared circuits.

  • Wall-mount install

Cleanly secured to studs or masonry, cord managed, cable at the right height.

  • GFCI where required

Ground-fault protection installed per current NEC requirements for your setup.

  • Hand-off & test

We verify the unit is charging correctly and walk you through the app / settings.

Panel Question

Do I need a panel upgrade?

Sometimes. A Level 2 EV charger pulls a lot of power on a dedicated 240V circuit. If your existing panel is at or near capacity — or you have a 100A service — you may need a panel upgrade before we can safely add the charger.

The good news: we run a load calculation before quoting. If your panel is fine, we'll tell you. If it isn't, we'll walk you through options like a service upgrade or load-management chargers that let you keep your current panel.

Learn about panel upgrades

Signs you might need a panel upgrade

  • Existing 100A main service
  • Federal Pacific, Zinsco, or old fuse panel
  • No open breaker slots
  • Already tight on load (AC + heat pump + pool + …)
  • Panel is corroded, burned, or generally aged out
What Drives Cost

Honest factors, no gimmicks.

Every home is different, so every quote is different. Here's what typically moves the number up or down — we'll walk through each with you on a free estimate.

Distance from panel

Longer runs mean more wire, more conduit, and more labor. Panel-to-garage installs are the fastest.

Permit fees

Marion County and municipal permit fees vary by jurisdiction — passed through at cost.

Panel capacity

If your panel is already full or under-sized, a sub-panel or service upgrade adds to scope.
