Generator Services

Every kind of generator install we handle.

From plug-in portable inlets to fully automatic whole-home standby systems, we wire it, permit it, and hand it off tested.

Whole-Home Standby Wiring

Full electrical hookup for Generac, Kohler, Cummins, and Briggs standby generators.

Portable Generator Inlets

Weather-tight power inlet boxes that let you safely plug in a portable generator.

Automatic Transfer Switches

ATS units that sense a power loss and transfer to generator without you lifting a finger.

Manual Transfer Switches

Cost-effective interlock kits and manual transfer panels for portable generator setups.

Load Management

Smart load-shed modules that let a smaller generator power a larger home safely.

Post-Storm Ready

Serving hurricane country — we design so you're up and running before the next storm.

Common Problems

What we see (and fix) in Central Florida.

Unsafe extension-cord backfeeds

Plugging a generator into a wall outlet ("suicide cord") is dangerous, illegal, and can kill utility linemen. We install a proper inlet + interlock or transfer switch.

No automatic failover

Standby generators with the wrong (or no) transfer switch can't do their job. We wire the ATS so the house cuts over cleanly on its own.

Oversized or undersized systems

Too small and it trips; too big and you overspent. We size the generator to what you actually run — AC, well pump, fridge, etc.

Our Process

Assessment to inspection, we handle it.

A predictable, code-compliant path from "I want a generator" to "the lights just stayed on."

1

Assessment

On-site look at your panel, service, and gas/fuel availability.

2

Sizing

Load calc so the generator matches what you actually need to run.

3

Install

Wiring, transfer switch, load center changes, and grounding done clean.

4

Permit / Inspection

We pull the permit and meet the inspector so you don't have to.

5

Walkthrough

We show you exactly how to start it, transfer, and maintain it.
